Your print has been produced using industry-leading Epson professional printing technology, premiumEpson archival pigment inks, and a specially selected fine art canvas designed to deliver exceptionalcolour accuracy, detail, and image longevity.
To help preserve the beauty and integrity of your artwork for years to come, please read the followingcare instructions carefully.
Handling Your Artwork
- Always handle your artwork with clean, dry hands.
- Avoid touching the printed surface whenever possible.
- We strongly recommend that stretching, framing, installation, and transportation be carried outby experienced art handling professionals.
- Improper handling may permanently damage the printed surface.
Display & Installation
- Artwork should be installed by experienced professionals using appropriate hanging hardware.Ensure the artwork is securely supported and mounted on a suitable wall surface.
- Avoid hanging artwork in areas where it may be knocked or bumped.
- Avoid displaying artwork in areas where it may be exposed to food preparation, beverages, petcontact, cooking oils, steam, splashes, spills, or other airborne contaminants and liquids.
- Accidental contact with moisture, grease, saliva, cleaning products, or other substances maypermanently damage the printed surface.
Light Exposure
- To maximise the life of your print, avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
- Reflected sunlight and prolonged exposure to bright natural light can also cause fading overtime.
- For best preservation, display your artwork in a location away from windows, skylights, or othersources of strong UV exposure.
- Where possible, use UV-filtering window treatments or glazing.
Environmental Conditions
- Artwork should be displayed in a stable indoor environment.
- Avoid areas with excessive heat, rapid temperature fluctuations, or high humidity.
- Bathrooms, indoor pool areas, and poorly ventilated rooms are generally unsuitable locationsunless adequate climate control is maintained.
- Excess moisture may affect both the canvas and supporting materials over time.
Cleaning & Surface Care
- Dust may be removed using a clean, dry microfibre cloth.
- The surface may be gently WIPED if necessary.
- Never RUB the printed surface.
- If something has inadvertently come into contact with the artwork, use only a clean, well-wrungmicrofibre cloth and gently wipe across the entire affected area using light, even strokes.
- Rubbing, scrubbing, or applying pressure may cause permanent pigment loss and surfacedamage.
- Do not use cleaning chemicals, solvents, sprays, detergents, or abrasive materials.
If Your Artwork Becomes Dented
Canvas can occasionally develop minor dents if leaned against an object or subjected to pressureduring handling.
In many cases, minor dents can be reduced by:
1. Lightly misting the reverse (back) side of the canvas with clean water.
2. Placing the artwork in a warm, dry, well-ventilated area.
3. Allowing the canvas to dry naturally.
As the canvas fibres dry and tighten, minor indentations may reduce or disappear. Do not saturate thecanvas and never apply water to the printed surface.
Long-Term Care
- Store artwork upright whenever possible.
- Avoid leaning heavy objects against the front or back of the canvas.
- Do not stack artwork without appropriate protective materials between pieces.
- When transporting artwork, use suitable protective packaging and avoid excessive pressure onthe canvas surface.
Important Note
While archival pigment inks and premium canvas materials are used in the production of your artwork,all printed materials will naturally age over time. Proper care, professional handling, and protectionfrom excessive light, heat, and moisture will significantly extend the life and appearance of your print.
With appropriate care, your artwork will continue to be enjoyed for many years to come.
