Shipping.

Stretched canvas, stretched canvas with float frames & rolled canvas.

All orders for our artists materials are shipped with one of our trusted couriers or delivered in one of our delivery vans. The delivery method depends on the delivery location and the size of the order, but a preference will always be placed on making sure your order gets to you as quick as possible.

- If your order is to be shipped with a courier, you will recieve a tracking notification as soon as it is shipped.
- If your order is to be delivered in one of our delivery vans you will receive a text a day before delivery to confirm an exact delivery time.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout (if ordered via our website). If placing an order via email or phone, one of our team will let you know the relevant shipping options and charges.

*In the rare event that damage occurs during shipping, we are fully insured and will organise a replacement as soon as possible.

Returns.

All items are made to order and production usually commences the same day the order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend or cancel your order. Returns are not honoured for change of mind reasons. Once your order is in production we cannot cancel it.
