Stretched Canvas and Stretched Canvas with Float Frames items are made to order and production usually commences the same day the order is placed. Production times can vary and are listed on the product page. Please note that during busy periods production times may extend - we will advise of this on the product page or via direct contact.

SB Boards and Rolled Canvas are kept in-stock and ready for same-day dispatch.

Shipping

 

Shipping

We use a variety of trusted couriers, including our own fleet of delivery vehicles, to ship and deliver your order to you. For smaller orders we use Australia Post and Couriers Please. For larger orders we use Couriers Please and TNT. You will receive a text and an email confirmation upon the shipment of your order. Couriers generally take 3-7 business days to deliver orders, however please consider factors outside of our control (such as weather events) when considering shipping times.

If you are within our local delivery area your order will be delivered in one of our delivery vehicles. You will receive a text 24 hours prior to delivery confirming delivery time, location and your order.

Authority to Leave

The option to select "Authority to Leave" is available at checkout. If selected, your order will be delivered even if no one is home. You will receive a confirmation when your order is delivered.

In-store Pickup

The option to select "In-store Pickup" is available at checkout. If selected, you will be notified when your order is compete and ready to collect form our store located at 19 Carbine Way, Mornington, VIC, 3931 AUS. Current store hours are listed on our website.
