Refund policy
Stretched Canvas and Stretched Canvas with Float Frames items are made to order and production usually commences the same day the order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend or cancel your order. Returns are not honoured for change of mind reasons as once your order is in production we cannot cancel it.
SB Boards and Rolled Canvas are in-stock and ready for same-day dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped to you we cannot cancel it.
Damages and issues
In the rare event that your product(s) arrived damaged or faulty we will replace or correct them at no cost to you, so long as evidence of damage or proof of fault (usually in the form of a photo) can be supplied. Please contact us soon as possible if you notice damage or a fault with your product.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special canvas orders or frames). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
